Dual Metallising can offer both moulding and vacuum deposition, allowing for us to offer a complete finished reflector in most polymers.

• All specifications can be processed from standard ABS compounds to high heat resistant polymers (PPS ULTEM, DMC,PC etc)
• Diffused surface can be achieved
• Plasma/in process silicone protection available
• Customers own mouldings are the bulk of our reflector production
• Prototype reflectors and bezels are a particular speciality
• We also specialise in re-metallising headlight reflectors for classic and modern cars. In particular we have processed many MGF headlight reflectors for failed MOT cars
